Mr. Hennessy has over 16 years of commercial brokerage experience and is focused on commercial and industrial properties. He has experience in property management and over the course of his career he has negotiated hundreds of leases and sold dozens of industrial assets.
As a longtime member of the Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce, Bob served on the Board of Directors and on numerous chamber committees. He is the past chairman of the Banks and Real Estate Council, and twice co-chaired the Annual Golf Classic. Bob is well known for his community service, on weekends he serves in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and he is also an elected Trustee of the Mokena Fire Protection District. Bob is the Past President of the Mokena Lions Club. He is an avid hockey fan and in the winter months he volunteers his time doing play-by-play on youth hockey telecasts. In 2016 Bob was recognized by The Leo High School Alumni Association as its "Volunteer of the Year."
A long time resident of Mokena, Bob and his wife, Allison, have three grown children and two grandchildren.
