Josh Budny

President

Joshua Budny is the new managing partner and owner of Network Commercial Real Estate. He was previously the founder of Matrix Realty Group and brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, from acquisitions and leasing to construction and dispositions. Mr. Budny has successfully negotiated over 150 commercial leases and has been involved in the acquisition, management and re-development of over $200 million in commercial assets.

Mr. Budny has also been a partner in several office, industrial and land investments and has years of brokerage, asset management and property management experience. Mr. Budny also has experience owning and operating several business entities.

Mr. Budny graduated from De Paul University in Chicago with a degree in finance and is an active Illinois and Indiana real estate broker and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2000.
